Dumpling

Korean dumplings, called mandu, consists of a soft dough that encases a filling.  The filling typically builds on some variation of ground pork, kimchi, vegetables, noodles, but there are very many variations designed to match one's personal tastes. Whether they are fried, steamed, or boiled, dumplings are nuggets of flavor that are sure to satisfy.
