Fish Cake and Sausage

In Korea, a very popular transformation of our staple seafoods is to mince and grind the fish into a fine paste and combine it with other ingredients to reshape it in various ways. Fish cake, where the paste is fried, and sausage, where the paste is packed into a cylindrical casing, are both fresh takes on conventional seafood for a unique flavor.
